You can ask for help from anyone who agrees to get into debt with you. The document is just a list of things people helped with each other. They owe nothing to each other, unless the helped one succeed financially, and that success is connected to that help. So you can return that debt. People co-invest because of trust and belief in projects.

Man kyla idėja ... „Skolos dokumentas“ :) Tiesiog susiečiau jį čia. Daug kartų žmonės sutinka padėti už gana simbolinę kainą (pavyzdžiui, startuolis, samdantis darbuotojus, o paskui nepasidalijęs „liūto dalimi“ su jais), nepridėję virvelių. Iš tikrųjų tai nėra teisinga.
I'm having an idea in the making... "Debt Document" :) Just linked it here. A lot of times people agree to help for relatively symbolic price (for example, a startup hiring employees, and then not sharing the "lion's share" of it with them), without strings attached. It is not fair indeed.
