"cost": -3.0
"currency": "HUR"
"assets": |
In the call we discussed:

- Realised a need to prototype a whole dream (learning space) instead of one course only

- Discussed an idea of KOKONO integrating with 0oo for potential online space for project-based learning

- Mapped the needs of potential students in Argentina: "people need to learn to create solo first, and later on to collaborate", "people need to feel cared for in a beautiful space", "people need to unlearn their bias before they learn something new"

- Mapped the key questions of "Where are the changemakers and wannabe entrepreneurs?", "How can people quit a job and get money elsewhere?", "Where do people go to learn to create passion projects and to find creative partners?", "How to teach reflection and to problem solve?"

- Mapped the steps we both want to teach: "Learn to live with less", "Explore your story and discover your purpose", "create something out of nothing", "encouraging people to reflect", "create your own ecosystem as a professional network"

- Made 2 early stage prototypes of landing pages on Miro

- Realised that Instinto Creador is more interested to be a creativity learning space starting with the body first

- Realised that KOKONO is more interested to be a creativity learning space starting with the mind and projects first

- Merging happened! Instinto Creador and KOKONO come up with a blended process where people would learn all - Body, Mind connection as a springboard for creativity on this planet Earth

- Came up with an early stage process for learning creativity based on 4 learning challenges and sketched that on paper - Loving Systems, Pausing Systems, Prototyping, Co-Creation - that would feel like playing a game Mario Bro :)

Updated a website with new texts and images, and 4 learning challenges based on a discussion with Malu beforehand.

The idea is to showcase the main learning experience on the website and later on to test this with potential students. The main question is: What process would students go through to learn creative problem solving?

Creativity Process for our students to experience:

- Loving Systems challenge: a habit forming learning experience to learn "no judgment" and increase a sense of a peace of mind as a foundation (soil) for creativity

- Pausing Systems challenge: a habit forming learning experience to learn "observation" and remove inner blockers (weeds) that prevent creativity

- Tiny Move challenge: a habit forming learning experience to learn "prototyping" and complete small works in focused flow states over a long period of time

- Symbiotic Creativity challenge: a habit forming learning experience to learn "co-creation" and to allow one's ideas to merge with another person's ideas, so that a whole that's bigger than its parts is created

☑️ After thinking on my own, discussing domain name ideas with Mindey and Malu, I decided to use "2kokono.com" in english as a primary domain, which allows to clearly differentiate target audiences and offerings: 2kokono.com is for self-realisation services and kokono.ie is for business services

[Cabria],

_> information on setting up a business in Ireland - the types of business, how to incorporate, some information on tax and VAT and a bit of information on case studies, perhaps.
_

This info would be very handy. Are you thinking of getting some information from citizens information website and LEOs, but providing it in a more understandable format? Finding info on tax and VAT is complicated. It'd be great to get more clarity on all that in one place.

In terms of actual website building, I used Squarespace for my website (as I was bored with Wordpress). I got a domain from Godaddy.com. Or, we can invite some friends who can help out with [_Bootstrap_](http://getbootstrap.com/ "http://getbootstrap.com/").

[Cabria], can we name this project to something like "Global Business Startup Guides Compendium Project" or something shorter? :)

A designer: "Schools would be most suitable IMO. It would teach young people to communicate with each other and express their thoughts."

A business executive: "My true passion is food. I used to make shoes for vegans and vegetarians. I used to use plastic type of leather for shoe making. Now, no ones knows how to make shoes anymore!"

"You know, our goal is to collect procedural knowledge on how things were made. Next time you want to open a shoe factory, you can do so, because you know how people did it in the past," I said.

An accountant professional: "I have lots of problems. Can I try? Some for my business, some personal ones. My family member has a disability so we have to approach problems differently."

"I agree, that's why conversation is important. We focus on comment based problem solving," I said.

An accountant professional: "So, how does it work? You have a problem, then think about a solution, project, milestones and tasks, you say. With our business, the hardest thing is implementation."

"I agree, what people usually lack is **resources** - human capital, financial capital or knowledge. People with skills, know-how or money. On a daily basis it can be hard to find the right people. Let's say I want to make education better, so I want to connect with teachers. How do I find them? I need to go to schools, look for online forums. It takes time to make friends. It's easier with our platform, you already have all the people, together, in one place. I don't need to look for people myself, **content** is what connects us. I don't need to look for teachers because teachers are there talking about problems they care about," I said.

A technical executive: "You have a tool to solve problems... What problems?"

"Any. Personal or global. Personal, let's say you want to quit your job and start your own business. You'll spend days, weeks, months, sometimes years **talking** to your friends and family **about your problem**, but quite often you won't do anything about it and stay where you are -- at the problem mode. The same applies for global problems. Let's say you are annoyed by seeing rubbish on the street. You keep complaining to your friends, but don't do anything to improve situation. With Infinity, you get a structure to move away from the problem and take action to get what you want," I said.

To start a milestone, use link [+New Step](https://infty.xyz/step-create/6/).

Hi

- projects' equity
- github model (e.g., pay for non-public space for projects, but I would like it be free space for non-commercial projects, like TeamViewer does if that is the case)
- membership fees
- pay-per-action (e.g., posting a problem in public may incur a fee)
- credit purchasing (e.g., user may purchase credit, and some actions like posting new public content may eat the credit)
- pay-per-payment (e.g., fraction of payment)

Did you realize that people can actually stay anonymous while using infty? For discussions, I think this is a good thing. It is possible to register a free GitHub account, and to register with GitHub, a person only needs an e-mail. There had been an attempt on [Citizendium](http://en.citizendium.org/wiki/CZ:Why_Citizendium%3F) to use real-name-policy, but Wikipedia seem to do just fine with anonymous authors... [ruta], [aliev]

One idea from the past by [aliev]: if a comment looks like a milestone, or a task, we should make it possible to convert it into it.

Guys, I was thinking how to make it easier for people to share on infty.

People have thoughtful discussions over email. We have time to think about what we want to say over email because we're not forced to respond just like we're over real-time chat. Why not make it easy to add such email conversations to infty by allowing people to cc ideas@infty.xyz ? This way people wouldn't need to leave a space where they have conversations but they could still **preserve the knowledge on infty, and share it**.

([x.ai](https://x.ai/ "https://x.ai/") works similarly, you just cc an AI)

[Mindey] [aliev] [george]

[ruta] to be able to share a random e-mail conversation on infty just cc-ing it to our e-mail address would require the ability to parse, which part of e-mail describes problem, which describes idea, etc. within a bunch of e-mails forwarded, and one email may have many ideas, and many problems, so, random e-mail to ideas@infty.xyz - and infty automatically sorts out what is the problem, what is the idea, etc? If we had this capability, why wouldn't we just throw any information from the web at it, and let it automatically figure this out? :) (I don't say we won't be able to do this in the near future, but not in the nearEST.)

As for human-assisted interaction, I think it is easier. E.g., I am thinking, how to write my ideas in my wiki, and just mark them up with some syntax, e.g., {:post it on infty|this is the content:}, so that my wiki would use infty API to post it for me.

So, we could support special tags, that people who write e-mails could use it when they forward e-mails to ideas@infty.xyz, and then, if they are really users of infty, and their e-mail is coming from expected sender, we could create content item(s) based on it.

// *How about making a Telegram bot that posts an Idea, ..., or even a Comment without me going to my browser? It would save me time on mobile for sure..*

I think it would make most sense to have a Telegram bot for each Category, Idea, Project, and so that comments posted in them would automatically be synchronized with autogenerated Telegram channel for the topic.

However, that would mean creating a new Idea would have to be like creating a new Telegram channel. This could be done by Telegram API. However, that kind of bot would have to automatically create new users on Homebase, using usernames of Telegram users, and do something sane when there are multiple users with same usernames, basically generate accounts on Homebase. The recipie to automate creation of group is:

<pre>
from telethon import TelegramClient, events, sync
from telethon import functions
api_id = XXXXXX # Get on https://my.telegram.org
api_hash = 'YYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY' # Get on https://my.telegram.org
client = TelegramClient('session_name', api_id, api_hash)
phone = '+ZZZZZZZZZZZZ' # (verify with other live connection)
client.start()
# Doing stuff:
created_group = client(functions.messages.CreateChatRequest(
users=['inyuki', 'mindey'],
title='Intent 5: Creating Deep Connections and Love in Society'
))
chat_id = created_group.__dict__["chats"][0].__dict__["id"]
invite = client(functions.messages.ExportChatInviteRequest(chat_id))
print(invite.link)
# client.log_out()
</pre>

And, I think this would not make sense by default, only perhaps to be customly enabled for certain ideas, when the conversation size reaches some point.

// "0" means questions or research notes.<br>

It somehow relates to idea of [Tagfixes](/method/184/tagfixes), and overall our search for pragmatic way to organize information. Those who do 0 -> 1, usually don't get the benefit of scaling, and stay poor. Zero-To-Infinity, means a focus -- both to create things that didn't exist before, scaling it. :)

At this point, I think in the exchange section, it would be strategically advantageous to focus on trade of tools and equipment that empowers people to make and scale in markets, because these things are what creates value in societies.

For example, trading of power tools, industrial equipment, like mining equipment, farming tools, medical tools and equipment, laboratory equipment, mass production equipment, chip manufacturing equipment, etc., -- these are the transformers and enablers, that make modern life possible. They are what will eventually help understand the [know-how graph](https://www.halfbakery.com/idea/Technology_20Maps_20_99).

Btw., you can have a different names in the title for different languages, just by using the inline syntax described in [help](/help/).

Thinking of the further features:

- For general user: great value is in the ability to immediately contact many bright minds for feedback to your well-crafted message. We already have some people on Telegram, that we can simply invite to a Zoom meeting, and share about the overall notifications business (namely, that once someone will publish, they will get notified on Telegram, and are invited to provide feedback to the posted item.). So, while we had invited people already to the Telegram channels, they are currently not informed about this mechanics, and what they have to do once they get notification about a new topic on 0oo. We should therefore organize Zoom meetings to start this process.

- For researchers, is the full database (e.g., SQLite) download (or just equivalently API serializers with downloader).
- For trading and running business, it's the support for the payments. Thinking of payments, while Stripe is nice, we have to support freedom of using any methods -- from cryptographic currencies to traditionals like banks, PayPal, etc.
- For general user, perhaps it would be nice to have "one inbox" -- i.e., merging "Categories", "Ideas" and "Projects" into one uniform list of items, that are just labeled, and filterable, without resorting to Elasticsearch.
- IRC Server, to create new channels for new posts.

Thinking -- whenever dealing with currencies on 0oo, it's think of doing so like making friends with the people who issue those currencies. Economies are relationships...

Thinking -- when importing data about production, to connect actual manufacturers directly with the market, not via distributors, but via Homebase :)

Yeah, we need open and transparent direct trade and product exchange.

Focusing on equipment and materials... would answer most questions about know-how...

A technical issue with enabling the font in the web is, that in order to display EL correctly, the font of particular letters being typed need to be changed "on the fly" (between traditional font and EL-ASCII) after or between particular escape characters. However, it seem to be only possible with a continually run rewrite process, that would have to scan all the texts in the browser, identify the escape characters, and styling those places with custom `<span>` tags. Moreover, it is not readily possible to have multiple fonts in a traditional input field, therefore, there would need to be an HTML (WYSIWYG) fields activated everywhere, where EL escape characters are found. Due to the computing resources needed to scan such texts, there would be a risk of hanging of the program upon large texts viewed in the browser. Therefore, only the texts with special initializing sequences (like a primer) would have to be scanned. So, we need to come up with the initializing sequence for EL paragraphs or texts, and then escape sequences to embed the El text between normal ASCII text. That is the strategy for how to create a plugin that would enable to read/write Earth Language anywhere on the web.

I think, the escape symbols could be custom in such extension, but a nice set of defaults could be: lines that contain EL tokens starting with `0o`, and places that need to be substituted with EL formatting starting and ending with double space `__`.

I think, we should operate as a global and free public service, because this type of site, like Wikipedia, serves like a basic infrastructure for public politics, innovation and work. While usually public services are limited to specific countries, they, like the payment processor services, can also be engineered to support multiple jurisdictions simultaneously...

I think logged in users need a reader, that would allow to read external sources, and choose what to import to 0oo. For example, the view like `/reader/ideas` could let us use 0oo.li like a reader of Halfbakery, with special button, to import the ideas that we like. Similarly, `/reader/projects` may let us browse and read companies, etc.

This would allow the users of 0oo.li to work like researchers, browsing external questions, ideas, projects, and importing the gems for discussion and work here.

It's almost like our community would have a data-lake of external data sources, and be able to import things worth paying attention to for our community.

(We should write an odoo modules for that, for all ERPs.)

User interactions on the project level are essential. Because when a project grows, users are motivated to keep on creating. It's a feedback loop. But it's weird to ask if each project needs help. So users end up working on their project solo, which is slow effort.

So how about this solution:

- "Challenge" button within a Project page that allows a creator to comment on what are the current challenges/needs for their project?

- This way other users (doers) can simply respond to Challenge and submit Results.

This would spark spontaneous cooperation between all users spread across many different projects and create a synergy moment, where by doing small tasks, together, these users kickstart all projects to the next level.

The same behaviour can repeat on the same level and shape cultural norms, i.e. instead of being stuck people would organise to help each other and solve all global challenges.

- Summary (rename to Result to keep it consistent, i.e. on Project page a button says "Result", so keep it here too)

- Url

- Hours Spent (merging Costs and Currency, making hour declarations as a default)

- Author

Allowing a user to add a link to Library would be useful. Why? Because we read articles and they spark ideas and questions.

in near future, it'd be cool to facilitate funding people directly via 0oo platform for the results they declare realising projects.

this is how it could work:

1.Funder discovers whom to fund

a funder prioritises projects by category (arts, sciences, innovation, etc) and chooses a Project to fund

OR

first, a funder browses through all research questions, ideas, projects and discovers an Individual (or a few) that they like and decide to:

- fund that user directly with a recurring donation

- form a project with that user with a recurring donation attached to it

2.Funder clicks a button to make a recurring monthly donation of chosen amount to that user or a project

3.User keeps on declaring results to the Project and gets a recurring donation to a wallet that allows to cashout (transfer the money to their online bank or paypal)

this feature would suit perfectly for matching artists/independent researchers with philanthropists/patrons who already provide "residencies", "bursaries", "stipends", "donations" in programs part of universities, research centres, art centres

// How to get goal-aligned interest groups of visionaries, regulators, inventors, doers+financiers to come to 0oo.li from diverse world's economic blocs? //

Structuring community development in stages helps and leaves time for relationship development and enjoying the journey. I suggest to start with the most important group first: visionaries and inventors (so that 0oo is filled with topics to discuss and drive projects from). Then moving to doers+financiers. Lastly, to regulators.

How to discover visionaries? I suggest to contact universities in locations that get less funding for R&D. Students have time to think, research and develop. Countries with less resources have more urgency to get involved in a new initiative like 0oo, compared to Western countries and busy cities with too-much-going-on. Simply sending emails to student unions, R&D programmes, open innovation programmes in universities is doable. Starting with 1 student union.

In terms of "goal-aligned groups", I suggest inviting non-profit organisations that research Sustainable Development Goals and/or have "100% of life" and similar in their mission statements, to share their research projects on 0oo so that they get input from the crowd, also invite researchers to use 0oo for cross-pollination of ideas and research questions.

// Countries with less resources have more urgency to get involved in a new initiative like 0oo, compared to Western countries and busy cities with too-much-going-on

The scientific research being well-funded in the West doesn't imply that there is no desire to discuss science and engineering publicly. On the contrary...

Yes, there are little known universities, that had nevertheless produced exceptional talent. The talent is not so much a function of "university", but rather, of the specific individuals that end up there (likely due to their family and extracurricular education, not
because of the university). So, I'd rather not focus on on-boarding universities, but focus on those individuals, as you once said `1:1`.

// desire to discuss science and engineering publicly //

I suggest to add inter-disciplinary discussion as a benefit here. There are places on-line for scientists to talk.

But where is an open place on the Internet (or in the world) to **discuss sciences, arts, design, engineering and business**, all together?

It does not exist. So who would disagree that such a diverse mix of thinking would produce unexpected ideas and projects? Great offer for those who like to think and create.

// I suggest to add inter-disciplinary discussion as a benefit here //

Of course, that is one of those magical things about the place and generality of its structure -- it is to cultivate the truly interdisciplinary thought. :) It could be a truly unique benefit: I think the core of 0oo must the "weirdo creative futurist dreamers", and others be more of a supportive periphery, i.e., regulators/investors/financiers -- be the ones who say "ouch" or "go ahead" -- with their regulatory or financial actions, meanwhile leaving the creative spirit to be what it is.

:) I thought, regarding events, we have a place for events :) [https://0oo.li/events](https://0oo.li/events) . I'm thinking, we could use it. We could do too. Then link those events with Questions / Ideas / Projects, the readers of which may find it interesting to participate in them. E.g., if we have a topic on Finance, finance discussion events may be auto-linked, if it is something about art, then art exploration meetings could be connected, etc.

Hey [malü], I have some thoughts on your Challenge!

So the Q is how to connect with new people without social media for a business? Well you could go back to basics like parties and introductions. You'd need some ways of entertaining people (where is the party? and when? for who?)

Your website (blog) with interviews with thought leaders and online events about topic X could be that central place where the party is happening (where people can leave comments, connect to others).

So next Q is how to invite people to the party? Everytime you have a new interview/event. First asking 1:1 until you build up your ecosystem (newsletter list)

Terms you may want to explore are influencers, SEO link building, inbound marketing

Right, that makes sense, it's usually done through certain timed online activities, that would be easy by combining Zoom + Google calendar. However, I'd think it might be not fun if the number of people is too small. E.g., if just 3 people show up :) It would be more fun if there were say 8 people or so to start with, so, I'd think, well, plan it for the future. Good direction though.

In addition, I imagine there are different kinds of meetings:
- (for goals & ideas) sorting and voting on them, helping discover new links (related works), and free talking
- (for projects) there are people who might want to catch up periodically about their project progress, almost like startups, and consult each others.

One of the shortcomings of the Airtable-based calendars is that they do not show the details of the event, only name, when added to calendars, so I don't know how many people actually subscribed to them.

Thinking about a book design as hexagon published as 6 mini-stories featuring different heroes/heroines who discover their spells in their own way: music, seeds, etc. (Potentially thinking to feature a real project/creator as character.) Together these mini-stories fit into a giant hexagon like a puzzle. And each comic is illustrated within boxes of hexagons not the usual squares.

Each story is illustrated by a different illustrator (2/6 confirmed). I'm also considering one more mini-story as rectangular to showcase "old story" all humans live in. Then, the six hexagon books mark the transition from the old to the new, the personal transformation moment to living systems philosophy.

The challenge is about Prototype: How to make a paper notebook as a hexagon now and divide a page into hexagons nicely? And then, how to showcase a hexagon with hexagons inside on WordPress (website made with Elementor)? Reading [online advices here](https://www.reddit.com/r/Wordpress/comments/9jv0td/elementor_does_anyone_know_how_to_make_a_hexagon)...

So the idea of the book is to serve as a "min effort in the personal transformation journey and evolving to feel co-existence". Then, I reviewed my spells captured on Airtable and realised that many are Body spells like walking, listening, dancing, gardening, etc.

So, I'd like to add some spells for the Mind not just the Body. What mental models align with living systems philosophy, i.e. help to navigate chaotic world of creativity?

You might want to take a look into [Processing.org](https://processing.org) and [ThreeJS.org](https://threejs.org) -- those are the tools that have the potential to create impressions. Though, it all depends on what you are trying to achieve. So, that's why each project has "Locations" (click image next to "+[Transfer]"), and my old idea of "[Goal tracking and resource management](https://github.com/mindey/yukia)" database. :) Anyway, there were really many things in fact, that inspired it. Essential question for this project: If creators create (already), why they still don't feel coexistence (peace within)? What principles of Living Systems (spells) would help welcome a deep sense of coexistence into creators lives?

Questions on my mind:

- How to showcase Chaos and Order as a spell?

- What real-life comic example would showcase Mind and Heart in sync?

// Why creators don't feel coexistence (peace within)? What principles of Living Systems (spells) would help welcome a deep sense of coexistence into creators lives? //

So far, I think it's a "0oo Questioning" part missing in creator's lives: jumping into a project is not the same without deeply exploring one's motivation.

Also, without exploring the main idea of Living Systems such as -- human body is a system the same way as a bacteria is, as Earth is, as Universe is -- without such reflection, there's no sense of coherence (?), some sort of connection with all life which instantly gives meaning to one's live, because life simply is.

In the book, an example of this principle could be showcased as a scene of digging deeply into one's heart (a "story" exercise as mentioned in my previous book "Banana Break") and also some scene I did not discover yet that explains the idea of human as a system the same way as bacteria, Earth, Universe is.

That's what's on my mind now. This is not a finished thought yet, though.

Now thinking about spells, what's common (about living systems) between sciences and spirituality?
So, I think it would be good to add voice versions of topics and comments, so that someone could simply play entire 0oo stream. The mp3 files could be easily generated with [GoogleTTS](https://cloud.google.com/text-to-speech/docs/create-audio#text-to-speech-ssml-protocol) API, like an audio book. Considering that voice is quite popular, some people may want to listen the conversations here. It's fun that this would have to be done to the versions in all languages.

Additionally, we could add Speech-To-Text (like with [otter.ai](https://otter.ai)), so that someone could simply record a comment, and have it transcribed and translated to other languages, generating other language speech versions automatically.

We could make markdown-only export, or even -- [live .md copies on Syncthing](https://syncthing.net) -- so that anyone could open entire 0oo content as a knowledge graph on Markdown editors like Obsidian.md. I mean, we could generate something **[like this](https://publish.obsidian.md/bryan-jenks/INDEX)** quite easily, as a feature of data export.

I was also thinking the other day, about having the content of 0oo live as GitHub repository pages first, not on a single repository, but on repositories of many people (the authors of topics) (so someone like [chronological], who likes to keep his ideas on his own GitHub repo, could edit it there).

One special thing here, we have multi-lingual markdown pages, that have special extra syntax, allowing to combine versions of multiple languages into a single page.

N-way testing of the homepage: the homepage of 0oo is currently appearing just one way, however, by changing the top category, like [0oo.li/?cat=971](https://0oo.li/?cat=971), it can appear completely differently. So, in actuality, if we knew a little bit more about the person visiting, like what search engine keyword they had entered, we could display a different topic version of 0oo on the first visit. And, after all those categories can work a bit like different reddit sites, except, it would actually display the important questions, ideas and projects(companies) in each broader subject domain... and that is so easy -- just passing category ID, e.g., Cyberspace: [0oo.li/?cat=1366](https://0oo.li/?cat=1366).

How to decide on a timeline of the book completion? I feel a need to spend time researching topics, and creating an ecosystem around the topic(s) before fundraising...

I kinda wish to have:

1. Wishlists for projects (that work like backlogs), where people could write the things they'd like to do. Challenges feature is great for sprints and questions, but not that well for writing out things that we're planning to do, or features that we wish to do. That could be realized via "Results" model that already exists, just adding extra property.
2. Custom URLs for topics (so we could give unique URLs to items, including user profiles under username).
3. Multi-master PostgreSQL synchronization between regional [sites](/sites/), with user's own choice what to share to other nodes.

I got overview of how Kickstarter works from a friend, so sharing here:

" **Having an Audience**. Kickstarter is a compressed activity that creates intensity. Kickstarter works the best if a campaign is run for 30 days. How it works is: usually there's a peak at the beginning when loads of people jump in, then a drop in the middle and a peak again at the end of the campaign. (You can lower that middle drop by contacting media outside of Kickstarter.) The first backers ("ambassadors") are essential, because if a campaign is reaching its funding targets fast, Kickstarter's algorithm will promote it as a "featured project" on their platform, and thus more of Kickstarter's audience will see the project. Kickstarter pushes you up based on % of your goal raised."

" **Networking**. Approaching various groups of people that could be somehow related to your project is essential, so that you find the backers and reach your funding goals. It's like a 3-4 months preparation, interacting with various groups about a shared interest before the campaign."

" **Promo Materials**. Launch page on Kickstarter is essential. It has to have video, graphics, enough of samples of your work [comics in my case]. What are people investing in? Also a good idea is to release stuff like graphics during the campaign to keep the fans engaged and to encourage them to share on social media."

" **Timelines**. If you aim to launch on X day, bear in mind that Kickstarter will take 7 days to review your campaign."

" **Terms**. Kickstarter won't give you the money you raised, if you don't reach your goal. Indiegogo has a different setup."

" **Budget**. Setting calculated funding goals is key. Because if you fundraise for less than you need to produce and print the book, and if your Kickstarter campaign succeeds, you will have to still produce the work and ship it to backers, and so cover the additional costs yourself. Into budget, you should include printing, but also payments for illustrators and yourself, intellectual property costs. [What if I go creative commons route?] You can have some downloadable graphics for free and then a paid version of the full book."

" **Packages**. How are you going to offer different options for backing your project? You can have options like a book plus a poster, a chat with the creator and signed book, an early bird price, limited edition, -20% off the final product, and so on. Get creative there."

" **Benefactors**. Who else could promote your book? Would it suit sustainability organisations as a resource? Museums? Schools? Science educators? To make your Kickstarter successful, can you find one donor that would come at the end of the campaign and back your project with the missing amount, so that you campaign achieves its targets?"

" **Manufacturing**. Are you going to self-publish? (Pay a printing company to print say 3000 copies of your book?) Or will you use just-in-time publishing? (print on demand based on each order you get) Having a publisher is tricky. How do you prove to a publisher that they will want to publish and market your book? If it's your first book, they will likely would like to see that you got some books sold on your own before you approach them."

" **Alternatives.** You can also run a crowdfunding campaign on your website, with a set target for orders that you need to use a printing company. When you reach x orders, you will provide an estimate of delivery for your backers."

[My reaction is like "Oh, LOL."]

Hello, World! So I'm back with my project :)

Latest thinking:

- How to visualise the inner body?

This came out of realisation that ideas/projects shape me, and there's some sort of symbiosis there between a project as a living being and me.. and how diving deep into this phase of the project shapes me! (I borrow thoughts on 'everything as alive' from David Abram here.)

And I borrow inspiration on inner body visualisation from short 3D videos I see on Instagram about neurons, cells and so on. I wonder, how could I learn to create such videos? And so, create/play with the story plot by doing/making videos first.

Other thoughts in my mind lately that go into a moral of the story:

- Universe as a Mom and Humans as her kids looking for each other (marking a shift from solo to coexistence). This came out when reflecting on Struppi's question about Universe and Consciousness in Living Systems Study Group ("If Universe is a Living System, what is the quality of its consciousness?"). I thought, Universe as energy/higher-level system is indeed smart just letting her kids, humans, mess around because that's the only way to learn by exploring freely and making mistakes. And when we learn the language of "co-", we finally see our mom and feel that we belong (because we always did!). And suddenly, all human problems evaporate... The happy end!
- Conversing With rather than Talking About living world (David Abram!)
- Effortlessness, non-doing, uselessness (Tao or Dao and Living Systems Philosophy)

(Also, it seems that some things I thought about like Kickstarter or printing may not be relevant now anymore, as they were someone's thoughts not mine anyway.)
Welcome back, [Ruta].
Storyline update!

"We are all Moms". The book ends when a character realises they are a Mom, when they raise brainchildren through the symbiosis with Life*, and thus a character becomes the Universe**.

*Symbiosis with life as exploration input and creation output.

**Observer and observed .. creating reality

Notes:

Every moment we birth life (no matter genders or other boxes) when a constructive thought leads to life, while destructive - to death as decay, compost. And so, there is a dance of life and death! Regeneration as a micro habit of how we think and where thinking leads us.

So the storyline goes from escape, solo to togetherness to realise that we are her (as a metaphor for creativity as a value).

What would be customisable? Could it be made so, that these views - Homepage, User Profiles, Project page - are customisable?

I'd be interested in this as KOKONO. Also, if clear documentation provided on how to customise the design (even for design/development colleagues), I believe many micro organisations who facilitate online learning and online communities would be interested in this too. Yeah, [Ruta], in fact it is very possible to make a category into a domain, like medium.com has been domain, allowing users to set their domain, however, sharing single database. I'm still considering best initial way to implement communities functionality, and think about it. :)

I'd like to include this moment into MUTANTU story, at the end, as a conclusion how tuning into creative thinking sparks observation and freedom, and a peace of mind, a natural rhythm, a vaccine for overload, it's never overloading, because water flows, so there's no need to try to put it [information] into a box with judgmental thinking, but instead to let information to flow and a creative thinking will play with water drops to spark a whole bigger than its parts.

so, a scene for the end of the book:
storm [rational mind] hears a bird [creative mind] song and has a dance [whole brain]

Type when adding Projects is missing. If I want to add an art project, it's purpose is societal impact, so perhaps a Type "Society"? Same with community projects, they don't fit into current types now :) Perhaps "Society" or "Social Impact" would cover both - art and community - projects?

// I want to add an art project, it's purpose is societal impact, so perhaps a Type "Society"

Usually, art for social impact is a kind of making (~= manufacturing) and marketing (~=distribution) of perceptions. :) I think, if an art project is about making a new art piece, it could be generalized by renaming the "Manufacturing" category into "Making". Then, Art kind of falls under "Making" If a piece of art is widely distributed (like via a Tweet) to reach social impact, it can even fall under "Distributing" category.

it would be useful somehow organise related Puzzles with potential parents and children, to make it easier to navigate related topics!
RE types:

[Mindey], I like Making as a type, way more comprehensive than Manufacturing (which suggests big factory manufacturing, which is so far away of how art is made). hmm, Distribution suggests retail distribution of goods into supermarkets. what's the intention of that type? perhaps a more comprehensive one could be created :)

So I have my draft one and here are my learnings!

Draft is about "A Water Cycle as if I’m a Water Drop": playing with a narrative as if I’m a water drop, making sounds, while I travel from the rainy cloud to the house roof, to the soil, to the underground waters, to the house, the human body, toilet and sanitation system, open waters, animal bodies, microplastics, human dish plate.

The purpose is to show how water transforms and unites all bodies (life) on earth. The message is to inspire spectators to think about the impact of their shopping habits and their health, the water health. (Clean freshwater (drinkable water) is disappearing on Earth.)

- RE writing, I'd like to find the right words that express how water sounds depending on its form (rain, tap drop, etc). RE visual presentation, perhaps to include spoken word with those exact sounds of "slurp", "pop pop (rain)", etc.

- RE concept, I had a thought to link water cycle with a creativity process...

[Ruta], yeah "Making" makes more sense, so renamed it to "Making" ;)

// "Distribution" suggests retail distribution of goods into supermarkets. what's the intention of that type?

It's intended for anything that's mean to be scaled -- for example, distribution "content distribution" focused project would possibly want to scale the impact of an art, or "product distribution" would be focused on delivering the made products at scale.

Perhaps the best way to get to HiveCell, is by breaking down the project into parts, and asking contributors and suppliers about their abilities and commitment to producing parts, and suggestion, how they would like the product to be.

What do I mean "contributors and suppliers"?

- If I share this idea, and let youtubers start prototyping, and sharing the prototyping with the world, then their prototypes is a form of contribution, and they should get part of the eventual cashflows from the manufacturing and sales of mass-produced product.

- If I share this idea with a manufacturer of windows, asking, how much this would cost, and how much would they want to make of it, and ask for their suggestions for improvement of design, then they should part of the eventual cashflows from the manufacturing and sales of mass-produced product.

We could do this idea endeavor as one big crypto-asset by [signing](https://youtu.be/_uYRIrkq-KE) all the meetings into blockchain, as proof of contribution.

But before that, I should make a video on simplifying the signing, and displaying the graph of signed events.

People decompose and run projects. So, every project is made up of some components. For an arbitrary example, such "parts" could be:

- Content
- Community
- Designs
- Suppliers
- Accounting

These are random categories, but imagine that some project somewhere in the world has teams of people dedicated to take care that these particular components, so that they function reliably. I think that reliably working components are the essence of scalable value to society.

Each different project will usually have very different set of such said "parts" to function and evolve, and if we want to create some new product through a cooperation of a lot of various people, we need to have a way to organize the graph of parts and involvement, so as to be able to credit everyone correctly, and strategize transparently.

So, how this may look like on 0oo? Well, I suppose, initial tree management could be provided under the "Business Details" section in the project settings, using [markdown-syntax](https://docs.github.com/en/github/writing-on-github/getting-started-with-writing-and-formatting-on-github/basic-writing-and-formatting-syntax#nested-lists) to describe a tree (for example, [HiveCell](https://0oo.li/project/236/?l=en&s=t) may have a tree of physical parts (click "Business Details" under it), and teams responsible for each, and [0oo](https://0oo.li/project/235/?l=en&s=t) may have microservices and teams responsible for them as parts, and so on.), which we could later parse, and use as classification options for project results and operations.

In summary, the decompositions is something to think about, when thinking of any project. For now, there's just this basic way of doing them using "Business Details" section of project. I'll think how to elaborate on it later on.

// Perhaps the best way to get to HiveCell, is by breaking down the project into parts, and asking contributors and suppliers about their abilities and commitment to producing parts, and suggestion, how they would like the product to be.

Interesting! So what are those parts in HiveCell project?

Exactly, and so, I think I'll talk with people regarding those parts. It's a way to go, I believe, but I'm at the same time creating cryptographic scheme, so, it'll take some time, and will have to do multiple things for this to happen. I'm thinking of linking to proofs on blockchain on each node in the "Operational details" section.

Reflecting on what the project is about.. So the purpose is to spark curiosity about water through playful relationship with drops as a metaphor of micro action ("every drop of clean matters!", "keep it clean") and become a water steward, rather than judging people for water pollution) which doesn't inspire any positive behaviour anyway.

I left the end of the poem as "unfinished" so that other collaborators can build on that, and continue the story of the water drop. This way, the story of a drop becomes a "never-ending story", like water's life on Earth is.

One collaborator - [malü] - created her story of a drop too! And we both submitted our segments to [YOMO](https://yomo.embodied.net).

No. Cardinality is the number of elements (so-called "size of the set") within a set, so, negative cardinality would be the size of the set that has less than 0 elements.

[malü], yes... sending love! this morning [I read about senses](https://www.sciencefocus.com/the-human-body/how-many-senses-do-we-have): "when you place your fingers on your wrist to feel your pulse, you’re actually feeling a construction based on your brain’s predictions and the actual sense data. You don’t experience sensations with your sense organs. You experience them with your brain."

I wonder if pains are like signals the bodies are sending to minds?

it reminds what [Mansoor was saying about observing linear thinking in action](https://o2oo.io/project/12001/body-universe). so I wonder how might we release body pains?

overall, linear thinking (analysis) to me feels like more resources demanding, like using more energy, I get tired more quickly compared to when I'm tuned into non-linear values.

another thought - when observing the body these 5 days, I noticed the body is demanding me to rest more, so I did. I wonder if we would track resting time or quality of resting as part of this experiment? here again, to me it feels that loving-systems are about no-judgment, no-expectation, minimum effort approach, and resting is definitely a minimum effort!

hey hey, 21 day challenge completed! and here's my reflection.

**what happened?**
I tried to feel more loving energy throughout a day, when experiencing the day but also when interacting with others and environment. I took photos of body parts (10 feed photos with my hands, hair) or my environment (8 feed photos are nature and 3 were digital) and posted to a shared Instagram account - story posts as they happened and a feed post once a day.

**how do I feel now?**
so I feel more calm, peace, trust (even in chaos). also I notice the connection between the body and the mind, i.e. when the body is tired, the mind is angry and more reactive, less observant. life feels easier too. there's hope and trust in the process. a sense of togetherness too. like, there's a deeper bond that bonds everything.

**what's next?**
I'd like to do 21 more days challenge with some changes to the experiment. perhaps slowing down, lifelogging on paper perhaps, being more intentional with emotional shift - being more observant, transforming judgment into observation, transforming a default response to the energy of unconditional love in difficult situations (when feeling pain, tension, conflict). I'm curious to introduce a small paper notebook that fits the pocket and lifelog the moments when this transformation to observation happens, I'm curious to lifelog using saliva and a fingerprint as an invisible lifelog on paper, i.e. I know I lifelogged it, but I cannot see it, thus I don't count it (because counting sometimes sparks judgment). also, I'd like to introduce sound to the experiment. when listening to music, the body starts to dance and shift emotions instantly. thinking, what repeatable sounds that relate to the message of "universal love" would be cool to experiment in here. lastly, I'm curious to introduce a reflection moment, in the evening, before sleep to reflect how was the day like - observing, not judging, and perhaps sending some more loving energy to the universe.

**to sum up**, my next 21 day experiment will focus on: transforming judgment, conflict, tension into love and lifelogging those moments on a tiny notebook (finger dipped into saliva and marked on paper). tbc: sound and sleep reflection.

What's new?

- With [malü] we formed a partnership to work together on creating an ecosystem of organisations that provide a creativity training across different locations in the world and to have a different website (and a business registration) in each location: KOKONO ("kokonolab.com") in Ireland/Europe, Instinto Creador in Argentina/South America, X in Lithuania.

- We're committed to be open organisations and share our process here. If anyone seeing this page would like to collaborate with us and to pursue our mission together, just make a comment here. :)

- In Ireland, KOKONO LTD will also offer exciting services for organisations under "kokono.ie"

I realised a need to merge 2 of our projects under a higher level project, because with my collaborator [malü] we're working on both of our projects simultaneously - and our efforts cannot be separated, almost symbiotically! so it makes sense to rename this project from "KOKONO" to "SYMBÉS" and such to express an idea of pursuing a higher level goal together than our individual projects do. this simplification makes it easy to evolve together and share our progress.

do we still need individual project pages for results declarations? I'm not sure!

I envision this collective becoming an Ecosystem of Organisations mentioned by [malü].

Synthesing as I type this:

As a collective we unite professionals and businesses who want to help people in the world to realise true potentials through collaborative creativity.

Our mission could be to advance human development tools and promote symbiotic creativity as a process for human development.

Human development includes all aspects of personal growth, from nutrition to exercise, biohacking, spirituality, creativity as a mental activity, ... and the latest research done on the link of gut health and mental health, the benefits of social activities for wellbeing and longevity, and more. To sum up, seeing creativity as a healthy output out of human development activities (input).

Our core activity could be to facilitate knowledge exchange between members through hands-on co-creation experiences.

We could operate as a volunteer run membership based organisation (like various nonprofit organisations do, e.g.JCI, Toastmasters, Open Knowledge Foundation, etc). The difference is, in SYMBES our members come together online to exchange the latest tools for human development and to advance their creative abilities. This happens when members attend small "co-creation experiences" online.

Can I link your project to this idea?

Hello, Mindey! I just read your page on Merge Worlds and I have to say that it’s similar to it but with two noticeable differences:
1) It’s actually not the merely the taking of the *best* timelines and putting them into this one, but it’s the taking of *all* timelines and putting them together in the most aesthetically/sensibly pleasing way. Mechai is all about taking the best part of everyone’s ideas and putting them all in one place, that’s an alternate reality that through scientific means has influence on this one.
2) The project most definitely may use ideas of higher science to incorporate its success, but my [original] idea was to simply use people to come together, self-organize (and if others are incapable of doing this I am particularly gifted in this ability, for reference) and use the lure of having a project that will incorporate everyone’s ideas in it, thus giving the audience something to get hyped on, and to share with friends. The more friends, the more hype, the more hype, the more volunteers, the more volunteers, the more resources and abilities we have to expand this even further.

Now, concerning your post, I do not know how to link projects or declare preriodic milestones, results and transfers. But I will definitely, as I learn how, create opportunities for others to collaborate. It’s a universe that’s *based* on collaboration, baby. :)

The problem with most universes is that they have evil and bad things in them as villains. I don't think you need evil to create a deeply satisfying universe. I like loving animes like slide of life animes like SAKURASOU NO PET NA KANOJO, is the order a rabbit, Clannad. Animes like Evangelion have nighmarish themes and I think for spiritual health they should be avoided. Even if they are for some reason satisfying. But I think it's a bad satisfaction.

One of my favourite fictional series is Foundation series. It has something called psychohistory in it where they can predict where civilisations turn out with complete accuracy..so they can plan society out of a social collapse. There is a large galactic empire which spans many planets. I like how you can have a story for each planet.

- everyone will be asked to turn on the camera for the duration of the workshop (but don't worry, we'll have a fun hack of Zoom system to make sure everyone is comforable to be on video :) )

see you Saturday 5pm UTC!

The project comments usually are worthy the local attention of the group, and contextual (publicly shared, discoverable) comments for public (but without screaming notifications).

Hey hey, so our workshop test happened! And here is feedback from workshop test with 7 people (4 pairs):

- “I’d like to stay in the first 3 exercises [of Bacterias in Chaos] longer, like for 30mins! they were fun! nice way to bond, breaking barriers, before the big things, laughing at another person you dont know, then deep things! and then flying! a sensation of creating something, like music, together. from the surface to deep-ness!”

- “beautiful journey” x2

- “video were so useful, without it, it would be hard to understand exercises”

- MIRO: “for people new to Miro, Miro is hard”

- INSTRUCTIONS: “without facilitator explaining the first exercise [Greetings + Butterfly Effects], it’s hard to understand what to do!”

BUTTERFLY EFFECT Activity:

- “for the first exercise, [Butterfly Effects] 3mins is way not enough time!”

- “we did not understand what to do in the first two circles.. that we needed to click on those sticky notes and add our interests there..”

- “we did not understand if we need to make a butterfly from the first two circles or what?”, “we did not understand that two circles are butterfly wings… “, “what’s that green sticky in the middle?”

CHAOS Activity:

- 1 pair: “we did it, just by reading instructions. 25mins was enough time”

- 2 pair: “plenty of time, we even had time left to chat”, “interesting, pretty well, but we wondered what was the point?”

- 3 pair: “not enough time to do the last 1min activity, cause we dived deep into Chaos main activity for long time!” [Ruta: lets add 3mins extra?], “leave this big activity for the end, because people can go deep into this one”, “waving hands.. playful! we would start creating something crazy soon! would be cool to see activity expanded..”, “really like it, reminded me a retreat experience, just there after “so what” they say “thank you””

Suggestions:

- rethink Miro icebreaker

- add more time to Butterfly Effects activity (from 3 to 7mins?) and create a video instructions, better text instructions and hand-drawn shapes

- add 3mins extra for Chaos exercise

- definitely facilitator should explain the exercises before opening Breakouts

- make videos faster

- co-creation exercise after Chaos!

- add a contact form for matching participants after?

UPDATE: we got more feedback, so here's [one document](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1B5tJCWC3wALaHxdkXipWCMe3pGVnmJcXnpmqvMDyMj8/edit?usp=sharing) with all feedback and screenshots of how our experience looked like during a test!

I'd like to be able to add "drafts" to "results". because I love lifelogging my tasks in my project pages when they happen. with drafts, I could improve my result declarations - I could find time to record a report on each result later, and turn a draft into a public result declaration later.

I got it. This may be useful. What about using "Hide from Public" checkbox in the results to use as drafts? Selecting this allows to hide it from everyone who are not in the "members" of the project (but it will still get a notification in project channel). I'll consider adding this feature in next iteration.

The way I'm doing it, is that I list the items that I have completed by editing a target, just adding bullet points in it, and then, writing an update as a result with more details.

The oldest one is [here](https://web.archive.org/web/20180202080404/https://infty.xyz/static/docs/need-to-work-hierarchy.pdf), however, there's the ([paper](https://zenodo.org/record/4039727)) (on the equation model), which supersedes that design.

Thanks! Oh and I meant - can invite page text be accessed easier on the website and shared with people?

The text inside the invite links does not disappear after the invite is used, so they remain accessible, and any old invite link is still readable, or do you mean we need a nicer URL for it, like 0oo.li/public-letter or something?

Alright. I've added paths: `/invitation` and `/hi` to serve as place for public invites (so, for example, clicking on [0oo.li/hi](https://0oo.li/hi) or [0oo.li/invitation](https://0oo.li/invitation) leads to the public invite.)

In order for part manufacturers be interested to invest into a company by sending free parts, it is important to create revenue scheme with a revenue prognosis within acceptable risk level. (They can't ship X amount of free parts, if they have to wait for product sales longer than Y amount of time, or some revenue function of time F(t).)

Currently, I see a couple of revenue models: elderly middle-income people selling their houses in order to get HiveCell, with ability to live comfortably without house, easier locomotion, death risk reduction, and life support, especially if they are currently on an inconveniently heavy life support. Something to find out:

- What type of life support equipment exists, and is often used for long periods of time?
- What percentage of people are unable to walk because of age.
- What are their insurance capabilities (perhaps they could pay through same routes that they pay for wheelchairs, etc., not having to sell their house).

While in the research stage, it would be fun to play with designs on paper (paper prototypes), then prepare part designs, and test, and only after testing and having pre-final product, it would make sense to use this market research as an extra variable to convince part manufacturers to contribute.

There is another way to reduce the risk for investors: the aggregate risk is low for the investors with large amount assets under management. Similarly, the aggregate risk of providing free parts would be low for big suppliers. The question that remains with them, is creating non-negligible chance of winning the lottery with us.

How to create non-negligible chance of success?

- while traditional companies are likely not to trust anything other than nationally-registered company, that goes through lawyers to perform redistribution of shares on every funding round, requiring costly paperwork.
- however, some forward-looking companies may buy into the crypto-hype:
- Asking the participant to create their crypto-wallets, and sending create asset tokens (e.g., [F-NFTs](https://www.businessinsider.in/investment/news/fractionalised-non-fungible-tokens-are-the-newest-craze-of-the-crypto-art-world/articleshow/86062930.cms)) and coins to their wallets, all the while, tying the info of what each of them represents, would likely be quite compelling.

Thinking of the major KPI for our system, I think, is the "ideas" and "ideas in motion", where "in motion" - means, that they are actively being worked (e.g., has periodic updates).

Btw., you can reply to comments and ledger events directly, so it is possible to form specific threads and respond to works, etc.

Agree how important is to be "in motion" for the oo as a system.

Hmm, I'm not sure about "ideas in motion", because how often people work on somebody else's ideas? People need incentives to do that. More often people work on their own ideas, or just projects, where ideas unfold later in the experimentation process.

To me, an interesting measure of value of the oo system would be: **Link-Building**, i.e. how active the network is? How often members comment and collaborate on each other's posts? The more diverse links between members posts, the more diverse creative thoughts sparked, the more quality content on the system, the more retention to the system, the more engagement, the more referrals.

Overall, I see the health of the oo system being - links and relationships between each others that spark creative thoughts for everyone.

Btw - improved replies to specific comments are useful!

I'm thinking, there are a couple of things needed to go forward:

1) Organizing meetings with potential partners. Perhaps owners of "Manga kissaten" (漫画喫茶店) owners would would understand the conceptual attractiveness of this.

2) Need to have an easy way to deploy NFTs for everyday users creating work results.

It is important next to organize contacts for meeting relevant people:

- Tiny Motorhome owners and makers:
- Hobbyists that transform tiny cars into motorhomes
- Car companies that make small cars (軽自動車)

There are a few choices for organizing contacts: Hubspot, but also, Airtable, Dynalist, Google Tables. I'll go for Dynalist due to the ease of others to join editing, and we can use Python to manage it. So, here's the link that will be for collecting leads:

Since bicycles these days have electric motors embedded into wheels, the entire cell could be an add-on to someone who buys 2 bicycles.

Why this is relevant? Imagine, you travel with your cell, and you decide to stop by somewhere, where the environment is nice, and you feel safe. In this case, you may want to use one of the bicycles to go around, do sports, while having the cell secured from desire to steal by absence of half of its wheels.

However, according to measurement, that would require bicycles with 1.75 meters between axes. Some of the things like [xtracycle.com](https://www.xtracycle.com/) (long bicycle, [video](https://youtu.be/0K3XPGHOnfM?t=108), terms: _[electric cargo bike](https://www.ebikechoices.com/best-electric-cargo-bikes/), [electric freight bicycle](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Freight_bicycle)_) may be a good match, and really, make the bicycle's triangle expand and contract like JWST sattelite dish. :)

[Bassxn2], it's in fact project that's supposed to be for Stripe. The world knows that Stripe has something that we call [equipment](https://0oo.li/tools/?project=1004) -- which is any tool run by a project. Thing is, in order to register operations done by equipment, we have to have not our (other people's) project just to technically add operations done by that equipment. Similarly, you'll find projects like "Ethereum", and so on here. It doesn't mean that these projects are run via Infinity, but the intention is that we can create a structure that creates ontological sense about them: world is run by projects creating tools that perform operations -- a money transfer is just as much of an operation, like a print by a printer, or a cut by a laser, etc.

Today, public is aware of 2 instances of Stripe equipment -- that is the main and test system, in a similar way how a hospital may have a few MRI machines. I'm sure the folks from Stripe would have more to say about the design and web architecture of their service.

1. - two wheels with electric propulsion to substitute for bikes,
2. - electric steering mechanism to be controlled from cell,

What is a "prototype", a test for me?

- One garmet transformed! I chosen a one-colour jacket.

- And I want to test and see if a "transformation ritual" works out for me to. Do I feel different after making the piece?

Notes:

1. So I identified a feeling I want to transform (I don't have a word for it now, a chest feeling).

2. From living systems, I chosen "a boundary" concept.

3. In the jacket, I chosen a part for remaking - shoulders. Because they express the idea of a boundary between self and the world.

Up next: Looking for materials for shoulders transformation. I imagine the finished piece having a feeling of lightness,after-a-storm feeling, flight, fluidity, maybe pieces moving in the air when walking.

- Working as a web tutor, sharing with people through screen-share calls how to start a website with WordPress

- Working as a creative business coach, guiding people on how to create a purposeful business based on their story ("brainchildren")

ogiziu means "wow, see!" in Lithuanian, used in moments of a surprise, awe, when something is observed, understood. in fact, it's a short sentence of 2 words: "ogi" is a pause moment and "ziu" is an understanding moment. when you pronounce it, it works like a breath!

I agree this project is needed. It took me years to learn WordPress, so I doubt switching unless a barrier to entry odoo would be reduced. It seems you're going to give a time-saver, super! So thanks for sharing a useful result - I'll watch your instructional video :)

Curious, are you going to turn your videos into an online course made with odoo itself?

Heh, well, I think it needs to become easier than Wordpress, or people won't use it. Unfortunately, barrier is quite large: there are various secret locations and settings on Odoo to just get it working right. I think, these are what keeps it being elite software, requiring a specialized agency to deal with. However, I think, with a little guidance, people could use it like they use Wordpress, and instead of Django (Odoo got the best of two or more worlds).

Interesting. You did not use any native support for [concurrency in Python](https://docs.python.org/3/library/concurrency.html), and used only basic enumeration, indexing, assignment. I guess, that is what it takes to understand. This has educational value.

That's why I call it virtual concurrency.
You would need to use threads to provide IO concurrency
Anything that loops forever or blocks cannot be composed. So I shall write all my code going forward to try never block and be reetrant. This is an important lesson I learned while developing my multithreaded scheduler.

Blocking is invisible to the program. The program isn't aware it is blocking. You need to know that a method can block to work around it.
My other idea is a parallel while do loop which changes blocking to be non blocking through syntactic sugar.
It looks like this

A1 = parallel while {
Buf = socket.recv(1024)
} Do {
Parallel for (Socket socket : sockets) {
Socket.send(buf)
}
}
Crossmerge A1

This syntax spins up multiple threads to block on receiving data. And for each one it spins up a thread in a thread pool to handle it and send it to every connection in parallel.

Another idea I have is to change the priority execution order. That scheduler in that code round robins the tickers in the same order every time. There's no reason why we cannot execute the loops some more than others.

I shall add that you only need one while (true) loop per thread.
Everything else can be concurrently scheduled within a thread.

I need to write a Joinable Ticker that waits for inputs from multiple tickers before sending output along.
This lets us create pipelines that split and merge.

I think I'd like to add notifications for targets, because targets are like "I want to do this next", and they are worthy knowing about. However, they should optional or come in the comments channel instead of the main channel, because wants are less substantial and actionable than results: results can be reviewed by others, so they are more worthy of main channel attention.

I am thinking of how to use the performance of multiple CPU cores. It requires a drastic rethinking of how we write code!

It occurred to me that loops could be trivially parallelized with my design.

N = 0 .. N = 3×3×3

If you ran the tick method on all threads with every N, you could run the entire loop in one go.

I created a multithreading version of this without the Joinable loops. But at this time I am taking a break.
I need to somehow tie the multithreading to the joinable loop.
When Joinable loop received 2 or more values, it continues processing. This allows a split and merge in pipeline processing.
I want joined processes to occur as soon as they can and to be multithreaded.
In my design - that I am yet to implement in Java - each thread has a scheduler that rechecks what can be ticked and ticks it.
The problem is splitting ticks over threads, it's easy if there is only one level of tickers.
You can just tick batches of 8 at a time. In separate threads.
My example has a nested loop of 3 collections and a split into two tasks and then those two tasks join into one task to print out the results.
I want the nested loops, separate tasks and the joined tasks to be executed in batches.
Kind of need a way to send concurrent loops to old threads. Could have a shared collection called the tick pool which is checked by all threads.
The current product number is associated with a thread.
I picked ÷ 8 due to the 64 being a multiple of 8. Clean number of batches per thread.

```
While (true) {
For loop in tick pool:
If current[loop] < thisThreadN[loop]:
current[loop] = current[loop] + 1
NewTickersOrResult = Loop.tick()
If NewTickersOrResult.isTickers:
For newTicker in NewTickersOrResult.tickers:
Current[loop] = threadNum × newTicker.size() / threadCount
thisThreadN[loop] = threadNum × newTicker.size() / threadCount + threadCount
Pool.extend(NewTickersOrResult.tickers)
Else:
Print(NewTickersOrResult.result)
}
```

I have a problem I need to solve. Which isn't related to the parallellism.

Imagine I have a nested loop that looks like this

```
For letter In letters:
For number in numbers:
Print(letter + number)
For symbol in symbols:
Print(letter + symbol)
```

I want these three loops to run concurrently.
One approach is to pick the function to run based on the indexes! And merge the numbers and letters together round robin.
So we get

A1

A÷

A2

A×

The problem with this approach is that the loops aren't separate. They're one loop that has been merged.

I think I can solve this by causing collections to be a multi collection. [Letters, [numbers, symbols]
And picking from each sublist round robin and exposing the loops as separate objects.

I realised my bug in my logic.
Thread 0 is responsible for loop iterations 0-8
Thread 1 is responsible for 8-16
Thread 2 is responsible for 16-24
And so on
I'm currently executing loop iterations on the wrong thread due to a mathematical logic of not handling wraparound. I use the modulo operator.
Ideally each ticker is only called on the thread for its range.

Bet tam reikia, kad žmonės, kurių klausinėsim, įsiinstaliuotų telegramą.

I wonder, if people want threading comments on Infinity? Could it be that lack of threading in comments is preventing conversations?

For example, Reddit has threading. Twitter, while looks linear, has light threading too. LessWrong has threading as well... However, Halfbakery works perfectly fine without threading comments. So, do we really need comments threading?

Welcome back, [Niamh]! I'm quite surprised how good a match is your project to the Infinity community, and I'm practically interested in the cognitive benefits it could create. For example, I find myself really innovative in certain states, perhaps it's Theta waves (?), and I'd be curious about flexibilities in self-modulating one's brain with a tool like you described in the science section.

When you say "I would do it myself if I had app building skills. Instead, I have a background in psychology, neuroscience .." -- it makes an impression that you had already played scientifically with these sound modulations using some tools or environments, where you had found that to work. If so, could you elaborate on that?

I think, the simplest approach could be to start with something like JavaScript-based web page (such as [this one](https://codepen.io/gregh/pen/LxJEaj), using the pizzicato.js library), where people could interact with sounds.

The link to the project's repo is telling more than the summary. Let me see.

One way to start selling quicker, is to focus on selling the simpler "independently-useful-components" of a modular product. For example, if your product is an electric toothbrush, you might develop an end-effector for existing devices, and start selling it first. I'd call this approach -- an "functional modularization" of products. In case of Hivica, it could be viable, because the "hive cell" because it has multifunctional components, that the unique kind of door, that doubles as a bed. However, to enable people to incrementally buy components of a hivica, the entire car needs to be prototyped with a long-term vision in mind, because once initial components are sold, it is harder to modify its dimensions in the future (without recall of products, sending new versions to all the customers).

Additionally, with the approach, where the customer self-assembles the car, by incrementally buying its independently useful parts, manufactured locally in each country, based on the provided drawings, by using supply chains in those countries, it becomes an imperative for the entire sale process to build a specialized app, that connects the part ordering with consumer orders. It requires maintaining partnering supplier network, similar to how people choose the delivery method, or payment method, they would be buying instance of the product to be made based on drawings, and able to choose the manufacturing shop, that will make and send the product. In such buying process, added complexity comes from the fact, that each single-part product has to be matched with different supplier, that specializes in one or other specific type of manufacturing.

In general, developing a buying experience of: "pay for our drawings, we'll submit them to your local manufacturer, and you'll receive the product" is worth a separate startup on its own. However, it's the kind of sale experience that I'd like to provide for the HiveCell buyers...

Hey, friends! I have a new project name - OGIZIU (instead of KOKONO). The name change came out from my experiences this winter, balancing the darkness with the light and a concept I'm working on about the black holes (to be shared).

ogiziu means "wow, see!" in Lithuanian, used in moments of a surprise, awe, when something is observed, understood. in fact, it's a short sentence of 2 words: "ogi" is a pause moment and "ziu" is an understanding moment. when you pronounce it, it works like a breath!

I share the details and progress with this project [on Miro](https://miro.com/app/board/o9J_l1KzwaU=/?invite_link_id=360698409759).
