How to move away from "I" thinking to "WE" thinking?

Humans have ~10 times more bacterial cells in our body than animal cells, we're 90% non-human by cell.
1) Each human is an ecosystem rather than an individual.
2) Bacteria are community-forming organisms.
So:
If each human is an ecosystem, why in our society we pay so much attention to "individualism" rather than "togetherness"? What would promote "WE" thinking?
If humans are bacterias (community-forming organisms), then what can humans learn from bacterias? How might we act as "community-forming beings"?
A service or tool to form interest groups by voting on features of ideas as part of reading.
Our blood vessels carry food, oxygen and nutrients to our cells which each then do their work. The cells of our body are selfless - how do we create communities that are selfless
Man tikrai įdomu sužinoti, kas gali kilti iš šios idėjos. Tiek daug galima nuveikti paprasta vienybe.

Norėčiau, kad galėčiau kalbėti kaip „mes“ apie savo butų kompleksą, savo gatvę, kaimynystę, rajoną, savo apskritį ir savo šalį. Mums reikia tam tikros vartotojo sąsajos, kad galėtume kalbėti kaip gatvės lygio aktorius. Mes visi turėtume turėti galimybę balsuoti dėl punktų. Taškai gali eiti žemyn ir aukštyn, todėl buto komplekse esantys žmonės galėtų balsuoti dėl to, kas susiję su šiukšlių surinkimu. Bet tas taškas gali pakilti iki gatvės lygio.
I wish I could talk as "we" for my flat complex, to my street, to my neighbourhood, to my district, to my county to my country.
We need some UI for talking as a street level actor. We should all be able to vote on points. And points can go downwards and upwards, so people in a flat complex could vote on something to do with rubbish collection. But that point could rise to the street level.

Taip, mikro vyriausybės sąsaja su tiesiogine demokratija. Reikėtų išplėsti nuo plokščio komplekso (kaimynai kalba apie reikalus) iki gatvių po vieną kartą į rajonus, apskritis ir šalis.
Yes a micro government interface with direct democracy. Should scale up from a flat complex (neighbours talking about things) to streets a time to neighbourhoods to counties to countries.
„Kaip galėtume elgtis kaip„ bendruomenę formuojančios būtybės “? Yra esminis klausimas.

Viena mintis yra ta, kad kaip žmogus turiu API ir aš dirbsiu už jus, jei paskambinsite man per šią API.
Man reikia žmonių, kurie gerai naudoja HTML ir CSS.
Ką aš galiu duoti? Aš moku sukurti prototipines sistemas. Tikriausiai ne taip gražu kaip 0oo.li ;-)
One idea I have is that as a person I have an API and I will do work for you if you call me via this API.
I need people that are good with HTML and CSS.
What can I give? I can create prototype systems. Probably not as pretty as 0oo.li though ;-)
Bet jei pažiūrėtume į ligšiolinius modelius, tai žmonės kuria šią nuolatinio defragmentavimo istoriją, iki šiol pasiekiame individą (buvome imperijos iki mažų šalių, o dabar – individų sienų!!!) . Asmuo turi priimti sprendimą vertinti bendruomenę, nes ji yra vienetas. Šiais laikais tiek daug šiukšlių apie individualizmą, tai yra tikroji klaidinga informacija ir sąmonei. Mums reikia žmonių lygiai taip pat, kaip mums reikia bendruomenės.
Kai matome, kad mūsų projekte yra dalis, kurią užpildys tik kitas ar kiti, matome, kad visi esame viena, daug ir tuo pačiu metu. Keičiant save, keičiasi ir kolektyvas. Mes pradedame suvokti vieno galią, o tada atsibundame kolektyvo galiai. (Deja, gentys labai nukentės dėl ateities :(Aš esu grynai genčių laidai pagal savo atogrąžų matricos 3d dizainą, bet turiu individualų mąstymą, bet vis dėlto genčių laidai) taip pat galioja sideriniai ir kosminiai skaičiavimai, bet 3d aktyvuojamas kolektyviai. Taigi tai yra mechaninis išvykimo taškas.
Tai kvantinis!
Mūsų išlikimas yra individo rankose, individai turi pabusti, kad bendruomenės susiburtų.

But if we look at the patterns so far, humans are creating this story of continuous defragmenting, until now we reach the individual (we used to be empires until small countries and now individuals borders!!!) . It is the individual that needs to take the decision to appreciate the community, because it is the unit. So much garbage about individualism these days that is the true mis-information and the wor on consciousness. We need individuals just as much we need the community .
When we see that in our design is a part that will only be filled by another or others we see we are all one, and many and the same time. Changing one self is changing collective. We start realising the power of one, and then wake up to power of collective. (Unfortunately tribes will suffer a lot on the future :( I'm purely tribal wiring according to my tropical matrix 3d design but with individual thinking but tribal wiring nonetheless) sidereal and cosmic calculations are also valid, but 3d is activated collectively. So it's the mechanical point of departure.
It's quantum!
Our survival is in the hand of the individual, individuals need to wake up for communities to come together ..
